INGREDIENTS
- 4 Lb. Chicken Breast, Baked Without Seasoning
- ⅓ Cup Celery, Diced
- ½ Cup Blueberries
- ¼ Cup Red Onion, Diced
- ¼ Cup Slivered Almonds
- ½ Cup Chosen Foods Mayonnaise
- Sea Salt + Black Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS
- Place cooked and cooled chicken breast into the food processor and pulse about 5-10 times until chopped. Remove chicken from the food processor and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the remainder of the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Gently stir to combine.
